Maryland Attorney Review: John C. Lowe, P.C., Esquire

by Chris M.

John C. Lowe, Esquire has been practicing law in Maryland for 40 years. He is currently based in Montgomery County but he is licensed in D.C., Virginia and North Carolina as well as Maryland. He has appeared in cases in over 10 states and has even won a case that he argued before the U.S. Supreme Court (Bigelow v. Virginia, 1975). He teaches law classes at the esteemed University of Virginia (his alma mater) and Northwestern University’s School of Law.

Attorney Lowe’s extensive experience makes him a highly sought-after attorney. He is now retired from large Firm work and is currently a solo practitioner. Our contributors have worked with him, and his assistant Cece, on many cases. His office may be small, but that seems to work to his advantage: his personal injury cases are handled quickly and competently. His professionalism and ability to negotiate usually ensure that a settlement for his client will be made if at all possible.

An interesting side-note: Attorney Lowe has also authored at least one novel in publication and continues to write.
