Reader Comments About the Massachusetts Lemon Law
by: Anonymous

This is a great blog!! I totally agree with this article and I even had a personal experience where I had to research the Massachusetts Lemon Law to find out everything I needed to know about being compensated for a junk vehicle.

Website manager's note: Thank you for your comment. If you own a 'lemon' vehicle and know it, it is especially important that you do not entrust your vehicle to another driver. You may have a cause of action against the automobile manufacturer, but if something unfortunate were to happen to an innocent third person because of a defect that you knew about, you can be held liable for that third person's damages.
