Review of Attorney and Mediator Arthur C. Crum, Esquire, Frederick, MD
by Eric S.
Arthur C. Crum, Jr., Esquire has been practicing law in Frederick County and Western Maryland for almost 30 years. His office is located in downtown Frederick. Unlike some other attorneys in that area, he handles personal injury claims (from automobile accidents to workmen’s compensation) almost exclusively.
Attorney Crum will handle his cases from start to finish, meaning that he is a litigator and will try his own cases in Court rather than refer them out to other attorneys for trial. In fact, other attorneys often refer their cases to Attorney Crum for litigation. He is a member of the bar in Maryland, Pennsylvania and DC.
Arthur Crum’s Frederick County, Maryland peers have voted him “The Attorney’s Attorney” for 1999, 2001, 2003, 2005 and 2007 in Frederick Magazine’s yearly poll. His experience in the personal injury arena makes him an appealing mediator
to Plaintiffs, Defendants and insurance companies alike. He is approved by both Frederick and Washington County Courts as a mediator.
Our contributors have presented many cases before him in Mediation and have been impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness, as well as his ability to grasp the most essential issues in cases.
